Online Classes available for remote students
We are affiliated with "Akhil Bharteeya Gandharv Mahavidyalaya" and our study material as as per Mandal's syllabus for Kathak education from Prarambhik to Visharad levels.
You can register to 1st level, which is Prarambhik, by paying annual fee ($1580 USD), and get Complete study guide (audio/video and theory) for Prarambhik. This will prepare you for the 1st exam after a year of practice. You are expected to share one practice video every week (whatapps contact will be shared) to get review comments for any corrections. Please remember videos can not be more than 5 minutes long.
Once you are ready, you can also appear in Mandal exam. Approval of your readiness is at the discretion of the guide. But your Kathak journey does not need to be linked to an exam. You can simply learn this beautiful art of classical Indian dance and avoid any exams.
Once you complete a level, you can assign up for next level.
If you have already learned Kathak upto certain level and would like to continue further, you can contact us and after online meetup, can register for the appropriate level.
